Privacy
This site collects as little as possible. Optional, privacy-friendly analytics help us understand visits and broad geography after you choose to accept them. There are no advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party profiles. This page explains exactly what happens to the details you choose to share.

Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Jutro Systems, the company behind Jutro, run by Mario Leśniewski.

What is collected, and why
The contact form
The form asks for your name and email address, plus an optional note about what you would like to explore. These details are used for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. They are not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone outside the delivery providers listed below.
Optional web analytics
If you accept optional analytics, Vercel Web Analytics receives page views and limited technical context such as page path, device, browser, referrer and approximate geography such as country or region. We use aggregate reports to understand reach and improve the public site. The analytics component runs only on ordinary public pages, not protected client areas or direct assets. It is not used to identify named visitors, advertise to them or track them across unrelated sites. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where a conversation moves toward an engagement, taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking a call
The scheduler is provided by Cal.com. When you book, the details you enter go to Cal.com and to the connected calendar so the meeting can be arranged. Cal.com acts as a processor and its own privacy notice applies to the booking flow.
Protected client areas
Some parts of this site deliver material to a specific client under an access restriction. Those areas use an essential session cookie so the server can confirm an authorised request. Without it the area cannot work.
Cookies
The consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage. Essential cookies are used only where a protected client area requires them. Vercel Web Analytics loads only after you choose Accept. Choosing Decline prevents analytics from loading, and no advertising or social media cookies are used.
Who else sees your data
Three service providers process data on our behalf, each under their own data processing terms:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request data such as IP address for security and delivery.
- Google Workspace delivers and stores the email your enquiry becomes.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling when you book a meeting.
Nothing is sold or transferred to advertisers or data brokers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Enquiries live in an email inbox. If a conversation does not lead anywhere, the message is deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, the correspondence is kept for as long as the engagement and the relevant accounting and tax obligations require, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@jutro.systems and you will get a reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
