About Mario
I have spent my career finding clarity in messy situations.
My background spans law, product strategy, design and delivery. Across those roles, the same work kept returning: listen carefully, make sense of incomplete evidence, align people around a direction and turn it into something real.
I ask direct questions, speak plainly and make the reasoning visible. If the evidence is weak, I say so. If a simpler solution works better, I recommend it.
